ABOUT DR. SARAH TIRIMACCO
I grew up in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada before relocating to New York State following graduating from New York Chiropractic College in 2014. While in graduate school I met my husband, Dr. Michael Penkin, and together we opened Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY.
As a seasoned Doctor of Chiropractic who continues to practice part time, I am dedicated to helping practitioners, like you, elevate their clinics to new heights. With a passion for both the art and science of chiropractic care, I bring a wealth of experience in optimizing practices for success. I also be completed my Executive MBA in the Spring of 2025.
With a commitment to ongoing learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in chiropractic care, I ensure that my patients receive the highest quality of care possible. Whether treating chronic pain, improving mobility, or enhancing athletic performance, I approach each case with a personalized touch, tailoring treatments to suit individual needs.
Beyond my clinical practice, I am also deeply engaged in the local community, actively participating in health seminars, workshops, and outreach programs to promote health and wellness for all.
Over the last 10 years Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic has grown significantly, now employing 8 Doctors of Chiropractic, 4 Licensed Massage Therapists and 6 office staff. Our team strives to foster a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel empowered to take control of their health. We believe in educating our patients about the importance of neuromusculoskeletal health, nutrition, and exercise, empowering them to make informed decisions about their wellness journey.
OUR STORY
Graduating from chiropractic college was empowering, but something was missing. I felt like I was being tossed to the wolves time and time again while navigating my way through the first few years of practice. Mistake after mistake continued to pile up, which only contributed to more stress and anxiety. The immense stress contributed to many tears and many sleepless nights through my early practice career.
When looking for the help I know we needed, there was nothing in sight. Every chiropractic coaching system was geared towards high volume providers. Although these models seemed successful, it was not the style of practice I had passion for. I wanted to develop long-lasting relationships with my patients that truly fostered a healing environment.
